While necessarily complying with all government regulations on virus containment, my colleagues at Italegal and I continue to regularly carry out from home  our work as lawyers.

Remote connection, telephone, email allow us not to interrupt the assistance to our clients, companies and individuals.

Due to the health emergency and the various measures issued in recent weeks by the government we have to answer many questions:

Can I keep my company open?

Is my agreement still valid?

Can I get a reduction in rents?

What procedures must be followed in companies that continue to work?

These and others are the questions I am asked and the answers vary depending on the type of business a company is doing, the type of agreement that has been signed and other specific variable elements.

As a lawyer I am committed to giving my professional contribution to overcome this moment and those to come.
