Avvocato Stefania Gioco graduated from the University of Padua, and joined the Advocates Board (Ordine degli Avvocati) of Verona in 1995, and since 2016, she has also been admitted to plead before the Court of Cassation and the Higher Courts in Rome. She specialises in private international law and procedure and commercial law, in particular advising clients in their relations between Italy and abroad (among others, agency, distribution and franchising, supply and transportation, including those drafted in a foreign language).

She deals with questions relating to the circulation of foreign vehicles in Italy and civil liability matters, including accidents resulting in personal injury, paying specific attention to loss of amenities and non-pecuniary damage and, notably, the protection of foreigners injured in Italy, as well as Italian citizens injured abroad. Avvocato Gioco also assists clients in transborder matters relating to inheritance, family and property law. She was Secretary for the Committee for Foreign Relations for the Association of Advocates of Verona for ten years, and until 2020, she was acting member of the Regional Verona Delegation of the Italo-German Chamber of Commerce for West Veneto and Trentino.
